- Our mission is to bring about positive mental health and to prevent, reduce, or eliminate the limiting effects of mental illness and addictive behaviors through a community-wide effort.
- Last year, just over 2,000 Union County residents received behavioral health treatment or recovery support services through our provider network. Since FY19, this is a 36% increase in the number of consumers. Of those, 70% are adults and 30% youth.

Where Caring Continues
Born and raised in Union County, Ohio (Richwood), Bobb Alloway currently resides in the same community where his roots run deep. His dedication and love for Union County are evident in his extensive involvement and passion for its growth and prosperity. He is happily married to Jackie Alloway, and together they cherish their family, including our two sons, Justin and Jarred Alloway, daughter-in-law Erika, and our grandchildren, Eisley and Oliver.
Bobb's career has spanned 37 years at Honda, where he gained invaluable corporate experience and played a pivotal role in the design, development, and launch of multiple automotive plants across North America. Transitioning to Kawasaki Robotics, he served as Senior Manager for Paint Robotics design and engineering in North and South America. In 2014, he founded Alloway Real Estate Holdings, LLC., later incorporated as Alloway Real Estate Holdings, Inc.
